At Hoop & Stitch, we take pride in our ability to fill orders quickly without sacrificing quality. Interested in finding out for yourself? Here’s what you need to do next!

    Go to our Shop page and select the item you wish to purchase.

  • 2.

    Provide all customization information for the gift so we can make sure it turns out exactly as you want it.

    Please provide up-to-date contact information in case we need to contact you for order clarification.

  • 3.

    Go to checkout to review and verify your order in detail, and to choose a local pickup or shipping option.

  • 4.

    Pay by credit card, PayPal or Cash App through our secure online checkout.

  • 5.

    For custom-designed stuffed animals, we will send you a preview within 1-2 business days.

    Once you approve the design, we begin stitching right away!

  • 6.

    You will receive an order confirmation confirmaing the details of your order.

    Typically, orders within the United States are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days*. Personalized stuffed animals take about 5-7 business days.
