Of course! I am happy to create your custom design. When you place your order, include the information you would like in the listing options. I will work on your design and send your preview, typically between 1-2 business days. Once you approve, I start stitching right away!

There are several design templates to choose from.  Please look them over on the listing.  They can be customized with up to three colors of your choice.  Be sure to include all necessary information when you order. We also have a custom option for plush animals where you can include upload an image for reference to your order.

Most items are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is placed but might take a day or two longer during our busiest seasons of Easter, Back-to-School, and Christmas. Please be sure to include all necessary details and contact information when you order to avoid any potential delay.  If you are ordering a personalized stuffed animal, I will create a custom design just for you based on your preferences. The preview is typically sent within 1-2 business days. After you approve the design, it is typically shipped within 2-4 business days.  You can order with the confidence of knowing your stuffed animal will not be shipped until we have received your design approval. 

Absolutely! Just select your items one at a time by adding them to your cart. After you have completed your selections, just go to your cart and pay for everything all at once. This will ensure you get any available shipping discounts.

Absolutely! Just type out the message you’d like to include in the NOTES section when you place your order. Make sure to select the gift-wrapping option as well, there is one available on each listing page. All our orders are shipped with a packing slip, but no financial information or pricing is included. That way you don’t have to worry about the recipient seeing the price tag!
